I measure out my life in weeks,
week-after-week,
weaker and weaker
as the weeks go by,
as they accumulate
like massive bricks of time
until time and I crumble, tumble down
those pyramids of Egypt,
the three massive ones
on the Giza Plateau, still standing
after all these weeks,
after all these years,
after all this time,
standing strong,
standing tall
